The tapered bulb on this one gives a much fuller feeling than the standard attachment, and the silicone has a nice smooth glide to it. Took a minute to figure out the right angle, but once it's seated it stays put. Honestly the best upgrade I've made to my setup.
Wasn't sure the silicone would feel different from the standard attachment, but it's noticeably smoother and has a bit more give to it. The tapered shape takes a minute to get used to, then it's kind of perfect.
That tapered bulb is no joke — it fills you up way more than the standard attachment without being uncomfortable, and the shape makes the extra gear actually feel like a gear. The silicone has a nice smooth glide to it too, way better than the firmer stuff I've tried.
