The silicone has a nice weight to it and doesn't grab lint like the cheaper attachments I've had. Paired with the thrust setting it's a completely different experience, honestly worth the extra cost.
The silicone is soft but dense enough that it really delivers when the thrust toggle is on—no flimsy vibrations here. Turn it up and it lives up to its name, that rhythmic thump is exactly what I was hoping for.
Swapped this onto my setup and tried it with the thrust toggle like the description suggests, and the thumping motion is way more intense than the standard attachment. Only gripe is that it's a bit of a pain to swap out since the silicone grips so tightly.
